TO OBTAIN MEMBERSHIP AT THE LIBRARY YOU WILL NEED:
Non-expired NYS Driver’s license with your current address OR Non-expired NYS Non-Driver Identification Card with your current address.
Community members who do not have their current street address listed on their NYS-issued photo ID will need both:
Current photo ID and One of the following with your current street address:
- Tax bill
- Deed
- Lease or letter from landlord
- Utility bill
- Credit card bill
- Bank statement or check
- Vehicle registration
EAST QUOGUE PATRONS
Persons residing in the East Quogue School District may choose one of four libraries:
- Hampton Bays Public Library
- Westhampton Free Library
- Quogue Library
- Riverhead Free Library
All family members living in the same household must join the same library for a period of one year (July 1–June 30).
